For customers in the United States:
Customer support is available Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (EST).
U.S. federal holidays are excluded.
For customers outside the United States:
Customer support is available Monday–Friday, 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (GMT+1).
Local public holidays may affect response times.
Order Processing Time
All orders placed with Verona Row are processed within an average of 1-3 business days after order confirmation.
Orders are prepared Monday–Friday only. U.S. federal holidays are not considered business days.
U.S. Shipping Times
We offer Standard and Express shipping options within the United States.
- Standard Shipping (U.S.):
Orders are typically delivered within 5–7 business days after shipment.
- Express Shipping (U.S.):
Orders are typically delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment.
